Funds raised from our consultancy, research, and workshops help maintain services for those in need.
Consultancy:
We provide guidance on key issues to improve the business's sustainability:
Recruiting responsibly.
Implementing a workplace well-being [physical and mental] strategy to enhance engagement, motivation and absenteeism.
Minimise incidents of workplace bullying, violence, or gaslighting.
Ensuring the right support is in place for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Detecting risks early to identify and support individuals in crisis, those who display signs of burnout, to avoid costly disruption and skill loss.
Research:
We are open to collaborating with consultants and organisations across the public, private, and third sectors to tackle the complex and systemic issues of domestic abuse and violence, the impact on victims, survivors, perpetrators and the communities where we live, learn, work, and socialise.
Through evidence-based research and education, we can achieve a deeper understanding of persistent patterns of power, control, and harm, and inform effective policy, practice, and prevention within communities and institutions to address key societal challenges.
